Important Dates

All components of the traditional meal plan including weekly meal swipes, guest meals, and Dining Dollars expire at approximately 9:00pm EST at on the dates included below. Dates below may differ from those shown in the Meal Plan Online portal, which represent the billing dates. Plans start and end outside of the billable period to accommodate move in, move out, and intersession. There are no refunds or rollovers to the next semester.

Summer 2 2024:

• June 30: First day for Summer 2 Meal Plans.
• July 12 at 5:00 pm: Deadline date for all removals or reductions. No exceptions. Changes to meal plans can be made through the Meal Plan Online portal in the Student Hub. Adjustments and cancellations will be effective at the end of the current meal plan week on Saturday evening. Billing will be pro rated.
• August 24: Summer 2 Meal Plans end.

Fall 2024:

• August 25: First day for Fall Meal Plans.
• September 13 at 5:00 pm: Deadline date for all meal plan changes or cancellations. No exceptions. Meal plans can be added at any time but will not be prorated. Changes to meal plans can be made through the Meal Plan Online portal in the Student Hub. Adjustments and cancellations will be effective immediately. Meals and Dining Dollars used on the old plan will be reflected in the starting balance of the new plan. Exceeding meals or Dining Dollars allocated to your new plan prior to changing may result in additional charges above posted rates.
• December 28: Fall Meal Plans end.

Spring 2025:

• December 29: First day for Spring Meal Plans.
• January 17 at 5:00 pm: Deadline date for all meal plan changes or cancellations. No exceptions.Meal plans can be added at any time but will not be prorated. Changes to meal plans can be made through the Meal Plan Online portal in the Student Hub. Adjustments and cancellations will be effective immediately. Meals and Dining Dollars used on the old plan will be reflected in the starting balance of the new plan. Exceeding meals or Dining Dollars allocated to your new plan prior to changing may result in additional charges above posted rates.
• May 3: Spring Meal Plans end.
